Nada El Marji is the driving force behind Resilience & Co. With over 20 years of international corporate leadership spanning organizations including Inmarsat and McGraw Hill Education, she brings a rare and powerful combination: the strategic acumen of a senior executive and the transformational depth of a dedicated coach.
Holding an MBA from Leicester University (UK) and certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Nada has spent the past eight years fully dedicated to coaching executives, leaders, and teams across more than 50 global organizations, 15 industries, and 30 nationalities.
Her work spans industries including Telecom, Technology, Government, Oil and Gas, Healthcare, Banking, Retail, FMCG, Aviation, Media, Publishing, Chemicals, Utilities, Professional Services, and the non-profit sector.
